ASOS Wish List

Just a little quick note of what I have popped on my wish list until pay day.

Im crazy loving chockers atm, this one especially from ASOS, would be perfect for day and night.
And to tie in with the 90's Revival Trend

Again with these jeans! There are so many different styles of these jeans on ASOS for all different styles, whether you want light or dark, faded or acid washed! ALL with rips! Whats not to love?

The style of these shoes are my absolute favourite for this season and a similar pair on my Valentines day segment. And these are actually a bit cheaper than the Office ones but equally as fab!

Trend Diary S/S 14 - Global Traveller

My final Trend Diary post! Hopefully you've enjoyed them and I've made them as interesting as I could. Our last ket trend for this seasons is Global Traveller. Think tribal, aztec prints together! Mixed animal prints, flowing fabric, fringing, beads and tassels. Probably the simplest was to describe this trend.

There is also a strong connection with the macro trend Next Nature for this season,  this is super key for high summer and festival season.

This little beaut paring is from New Look, caring on the trend of matching top and bottom pieces instead of clashing still totally works with these also harem/pyjama style pants and cute flawy crop top. I feel that New Look always performs highly in the festival style trends!

I love love love this beautiful flowing maxi from H&M, the almost minty/limey green colour is totally eye popping. Would definitely work on holiday, maybe not so much for T in the Park i think?

This lovely little sheen t-shirt dress from Urban Outfitters is gorgeous, I love the print and colour of the printed panels, would definitely wear during festival season, with knee high socks and wellies maybe even a flowery headband and loose curls!

These are my two favourite pieces of this trend, still loving tailoring and geometric cuts! And this gorgey little cropped jacket from Matalan (Yeah I know!! Such a buy) would look perfect with a loose fitting white jumpsuit, big shades and some tribal jewellery!
With the skirt (from Topshop) just screams this trend with the classing prints and earthy colours, perfect for both high summer and festivals!

As for accessories this could be a whole segment on its own! There is soo much to choose from!

These are my four favourite accessories from this trend, I could have picked loads more but thought i should limit to my absolute favs!

Bag - New Look
Shoes - Topshop
Hat and Necklace - Primark

Hope you guys enjoyed the Trend Diary for S/S 14. I will hopefully be posting nearer the time my take on each of these trends throughout Spring and Summer.

Love Yahs x

Trend Diary S/S 14 - 90's Revival

This is my second last trend from the S/S 14 Trend Diary, this particular one has to be my fav! The simplicity of this trend highlights the true fashion from the 90's...the simple cuts, basic colours, logo clad t-shirts and my all time favourite piece the slip dress, completely effortless look and 100% sexy.

I definitely believe that this could be a trend for all ages, styles and occasions from office to night time looks. Although most pieces are back with a modern twist there is a few golden oldies that I can't wait to be back on the high street. Such as the jelly shoe, platform wedge, heeled sandals with chunky retro wedges! Beyond excited!

90's Revival

Mango do this trend so well and what I love most about this look is the simplicity, which almost leaves you to dress it up to your own style or leave as it is for a bang on season trend statement! From Mango

As I said previously I love a slip dress, so effortless and easy to wear on a night out, or as I have seen recently to dress down with a cosy knit and tights..both equally as gorgeous. This little beauty is from Oasis and does look like it has just sneaked out of your lingerie drawer to make a guest appearance at your next cocktail party! IN LOVE! Paired with nude strappy heels for 100% impact. From Oasis

Im a sucker for a printed T of any kind and as brand culture grew during the nineties why wouldn't you want a T-Shirt with your favourite frizzy drink label all over it! Remember the Spice Girls 'pepsi' outfits...lets just say we are channeling that this season! It is the 90's after all,  this cute little top is from Primark.

And for anyone that so happened to miss the Spice Girls moment I was talking about its this!

I mean...do I need to say a thing?

And I know I usually only choose two favourite pieces but I couldn't help myself this time! So there's three!

These are my three favourite pieces on the high street of the 90's revival trend! The skirt is from Miss Selfridge, the shorts from M&S and the sweatshirt from River Island.

My four favourite accessories of this trend!

Hope you enjoyed this Trend Diary

Valentine's Day Outfit Ideas

This is just a little piece about the outfit I'm thinking about for valentines day celebrations next week, something not too OTT. Casual and very on trend!

I AM OBSESSED (sounding like Kelly Osborn on Fashion Police) with the ripped jean craze atm, needing these beauties in my wardrobe. There from ASOS and only £32! Suchh a steal!? - Link Here!

I need this...mine mine mine mine mine! Sooo high fashion mirroring the likes of the printed sweats from Givenchy etc. Love the fashion sketch print just adds extra chic!
Très Magnifique!
£19.99 - Zara - Link Here!

I'm dying for a pair of shoes in this style! And after weeks of looking for a pair in black I found these in Office for £65, which is a little pricey but i think you would get a lot of wear out of these! - Link Here!

This one is more a pipeline dream then an actual product that I'd be able to buy for Vday (unless I won the lottery) I do looooove this Micheal Kors bag, the stand out colour is perfect to jazzy up a plain outfit! And its all yours for only £310! - Link Here!

And finally some bling! This chunky chain bracelet comes in at about £50 but sooooo worth it, would match everything! Already thought about 5 different outfits I could wear it with! - Link Here!

Trend Diary S/S 14 - Nature Girl

Soo boho chic this week! Think fringing, scarf prints, paisleys, romantic florals, silk, flowing maxis, denim, tassels..all wrapped in this little bundle of lovelyness! Pull out those kimono jackets girls they are not going anywhere fast!

Nature Girl

I'll try and keep it as short and sweet as last time!

As I began to research this trend I'm seeing a lot of last years trends creep up again, denim hot pants are back, just added some lace panelling and cut outs, round lens sunglasses, and tan fringe bags (love love love them!!)

Firstly, if anyone is totally in love with this trend then New Look is definitely the place to be, there are hundreds of styles to chose from you'll be ready to hit any festival.

This lovely little get up is from New Look. Which is soo festival ready, the fringe detail is perfect, pairing with the high waisted denim hot pants knocks this one out the park (T in the Park maybe?).

This oversized kimono/poncho style is gorgeous! I love navy so this is a totally win win for me, the added pom-pom style fringing with the over the knee white boots, means you'll be totally rocking the 1970's look. From H&M

I am obsessed with jumpsuits now, whether black, printed, silk, cotton and in this beautiful peachy colour. With the paisley print kimono draped over, loving this look!
Well done Warehouse!!

These are my two favourite pieces from this trend, the leather jacket from River Island and the denim hot pants from New Look ( a definite winner in this trend). Both easily versatile and work all the way through to winter.

And here's a few add-ons again, to up-date your accessory collection to keep on this fab trend!

Sunglasses and Belt - Accessorize
Fringe Bag - Kurt Geiger
Shoes - Office

Trend Diary S/S 14 - Modern Romance

Apologise for my brief disappearance on the blogging scene, but I promise to be back delivering your weekly insights to the fashion world giving you all the hints and tips you need to roll into 2014 with style!

Firstly, my trend report of S/S 14, because who doesn't want to be super organised and bag these beautys quick because they are all bound to sell out crazy quick!

There are mainly four trends I'll have seen in this coming season, Modern Romance, Natural Girl, 90s Revival and Global Traveller (WGSN,2014)

Modern Romance

A Mixture of all my favourite spring trends from midi skirts, floral print and lace (of course) to structured soft fabric pea coats and sheer flowing skirts!

Im in loooove! There are soo many pieces I could ramble on about for this trend but I'll try to keep it short and sweet. For once.

Im gonna concentrate on the highstreet pieces, so keep you eyes peeled for these amazing buys.

This outfit is from Warehouse's spring/summer 2014 collection, I am going to concentrate mainly on the coat and shoes which are amaaazing! I love the powder blue colour of the coat and the cut is perfect for spring. These cuff strappy heel are a style im seeing over and over again. But pairing it with what looks like a matte white material makes them flow great right through to the summer months!

How sweet is this little structured number from River Island's S/S 14 collection, with the stronger less pastel colours makes it super versatile for spring and summer! Paired with the beautiful little handle clutch..
I l o v e it!!

Now you wont believe when I tell you that this little trend winner is from Matalan, 100% fashion from waaay less of the cost! I love this flowing sixty style skirt, with the sheen panel flowing through it just gives it a bit more of an edge, less "Grease is the word" and more YOU are the word on everyone's lips! Paired with the little grey jumper and white shirt gives it that extra preppy feel.

The image doesn't do these little beauties justice, from M&S (left) and Primark (right) super unlikely but amaazing! with the neon underlay on the lace floral a line skirts..im in love! Pair with a cute crop top and some strappy heels, yes please! The powered blue skirt is similar to the Matalan version further up in the way that it sits but this one looks as though the material may be slightly heavier and drape down more.

These are just a few little little add ons to vamp up your outfits are assure your bang on trend!

Bag - ASOS
Sunglasses - River Island
Shoes - Primark
Bracelet - Accessorize

Hope you guys enjoy! Try and get the other three trends posted by the end of the week!
